2-meter-tall metal sculpture reimagines the mythical phoenix as a faceted, rising form symbolizing rebirth, transformation, and forward motion. Commissioned by Kaleesuwari, the sculpture reflects the brand's fearless spirit of renewal and its bold journey into new frontiers. From the front, an abstract 'K' subtly emerges within the geometry serving as a quiet tribute to the company’s identity.

Approach
Approach
The design began with explorations in symbolic form-making, blending mythological themes with contemporary abstraction. The phoenix was expressed through intersecting angular planes and a vertically dynamic posture suggesting motion, emergence, and resilience. A material palette of sandstone, copper, stainless steel, brass, and granite informed both form and texture studies. The final sculpture features laser-cut, patinated metal surfaces, rich with tonal variation and textural depth. We developed detailed fabrication ready 3D models to support precise laser-cutting and assembly, ensuring structural clarity and fidelity to the design intent. The integration of a stylized 'K' form from the front view provided a subtle yet powerful connection to Kaleesuwari brand language.

Our role
Our role
We led the project from concept to fabrication support developing narrative direction, sculptural form, and production-ready models. Our contributions included form articulation, material definition, and preparation of detailed digital files for laser-cutting. The result is a striking, symbolically charged landmark that blends brand, mythology, and materiality into a unified visual statement.
